We’re deep into spooky season, and the second location from the Paranormal Exploring Project has been released!

Whether you stumbled upon this website from my radio show or the algorithm set up by our overlords (thank you, overlords 😂), I should probably give you a little background.

My friend Tammy Schuster is a VERY good psychic medium and just an overall great person.

We met when I was doing morning radio at WKHQ in Northern Michigan back around 2012. I moved away from the area for a bigger job, and we checked in with each other every so often. Then, around 2022, we reconnected more regularly when I started getting into video content creation.

Since then, we’ve been able to get together multiple times a year, travel to some super cool locations, and share those experiences with our followers and new viewers on YouTube (thank you, algorithm overlords). We call it the Paranormal Exploring Project!

During our second season, we visited a place called AuGlaize Village in Defiance, Ohio. It was Tammy, my brother-in-law, and me on this huge piece of property in the middle of nowhere that is home to multiple historic buildings moved to the location for preservation and education.

This village is basically everything you’d expect to see in a village from the 1800s. It has a post office, church, school, doctor’s office, POW barracks, and more. There was so much to explore that we didn’t even scratch the surface.

So, in the summer of 2026, Tammy and I went back.

We spent quite a bit of time in the POW barracks, where Tammy had a major experience during her solo investigation the first time we visited. We returned to the equipment barn, where she felt dark energy swirling around us, and we could feel the villagers watching us as we explored Pioneer Cemetery in the middle of town.

We went in with a question: Did spirits attached to these buildings arrive on the property with them and create a sort of ghost village? Could there be a community of ghosts living there much like a community would have existed back in the 1800s?

We believe they did!

Now, here’s another important part of these paranormal investigations. We bring quite a bit of equipment with us that lights up and makes noise. Those devices are for you, our viewers.

Why?

Because you’re not going to experience these locations the same way we do. You’re not going to feel the tingling on your neck, the tickling on your head, the goosebumps, the feeling of dread, or any of the other physical sensations we experience while we’re there.

So, when our equipment lights up, does that mean there’s 100% something paranormal happening?

No.

But when the equipment lights up, I feel a scratch, and Tammy sees a figure at the same time, then yes, there’s a good chance something is going on!
