I went back inside the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio — the real filming location for The Shawshank Redemption. Last time I walked out with more questions than answers. This time, I brought friends and a plan… and something was waiting for us in the dark.
Psychic/Medium Tammy Schuster met me at the prison, along with our friends John and Lissa. We started in the chapel with a strong Estes Method session, moved into the attic where scratching seemed to come from the walls, and later I got turned around in the cell blocks by myself (never a great feeling). Tammy went under again in solitary — and the responses she gave stopped John and Lissa cold. In the chair room, a photo was ripped from Tammy’s hand… the same photo I took during our first OSR visit when we believe we connected with James Lockhart.
We ended where we began — back in the chapel — and what Lissa and I felt there is why I make these videos. I don’t have every answer. But I’m willing to sit with the questions, in the dark, and listen.
